How can I order fabric samples before committing to a larger purchase?
We offer sample swatches for most of our collections. Simply select the 'Order Sample' button on the product page to add a 10cm x 10cm swatch to your cart for a small fee.
What is the minimum order quantity for your fabrics?
Our minimum order length is 0.5 meters. After the first half-meter, you can increase your order in increments of 0.1 meters to ensure you get exactly what you need for your project.
How long does shipping take and do you offer international delivery?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. We do offer international shipping, which generally takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
Since our fabrics are cut to your specific length requirements, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. We highly recommend ordering a sample first to ensure the color and texture meet your expectations.
Are the colors on the website accurate to the real-life product?
While we strive to represent our colors as accurately as possible, please note that screen settings vary. We use professional lighting for all photography to ensure the closest possible match.
