Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number and a printable shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the fabric and place it in its original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid label provided to ensure tracked and insured delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
